Product Guarantees & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Barang Barang. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, bring it back in its original packaging and with your receipt within 7 days for an exchange of items of equal value. We trust that the purchased product is unused and undamaged. Kindly note that we will not be able to exchange our products for cash. The Exchange Policy is also not applicable to customized orders, plants, dried flowers, items bought during our sales and promotions and “AS-IS” items.

Return Goods
At Barang Barang, we stand behind the quality of our products. We also want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible, thus we encourage you to carefully inspect our products upon purchase/delivery. If you discover any manufacturing defect, we will gladly refund the item in Barang Barang Vouchers (valid for 3 months) as long as the defect is not a result of misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or a function of the product's natural characteristics. We ask that the defective item be accompanied with your sales receipt.
